### Does it send replies without asking me?

Only if you tell it to. The default is draft-and-approve: SalonAgent writes every reply and waits for you to send them. Autopilot is a switch you flip per account, with rules for what it must escalate instead of answering.

### Can it book an appointment from a DM?

Yes. The Instagram Agent uses the same booking integrations as the voice and webchat agents, so it can check availability and book the appointment inside the conversation.
